JC73 : AE- shareholders just doing routine selling. They only hold BBAI and RDW. AE sold both even though RDW was doing well. They are VC. Nature to buy and sell. They may have found another co to invest in and need funds for that.

JC73 : I like that the ATM is 800m. It shows that the future growth potential is higher than they initially anticipated. Btc will continue to split and grow.

JC73 : Dbs will never drop to $20 given its revenue and market cap. We are lucky if it goes to $32 but I think the new reality for Dbs is between 36 - 38.

JC73 : I think the next round of breakthrough is when we see the revenue coming from Blackwell.

JC73 : I think whoever said that only looks at headlines and not dig deeper. Many REITs are on a combo of fixed and float rate. And rate cut will not see impact on mortgage rates till 6-12 months later. All of us have mortgage, our mortgage rate is still high. Not like suddenly it drops to zero.

JC73 : I brought REITs early this year and sold it for profit taking before the rate cut too. My point is if you only follow headlines, it is a sure loss. People who amplify it is either ignorant or malicious
