$CapLand India T (CY6U.SG)$ looks good if you have a 2 year holding capacity. I believe the worst is behind us and DPU should grow 10-12% per annum from here. All in all, 25-30% capital appreciation and collect 7-8% dividends along the way. I have been looking for good entry price and 1.16 seems to be strong support. if go lower I will buy even more.
