Many including me have bought the share when it was above $3. when it issues right at 20c for 5 shares to 1, I picked up the right thinking to go long term. And it went below 20c after the right issue. See how they destroyed shareholders money... Now history going to repeat itself, further right issues at 8c,  and just claimed that they give shareholders 60% discount based on the share price then of ard 20c. what a nice way to put it, but they know the share price will tank to 8c when right issue is closed. The main shareholder will likely to take up majority of the right shared at 8c up to 67% of the right shares. If so that will trigger a mandatory general offer at 8c to take the company private. what a cheap way to buy the company at the expense of all the minority shareholders. ...
