I'm attaching a few images from my daily journal/planner as well as the weekly and monthly review pages.
I've used this same journal style for years. (new book per quarter)
Taking the time to review your life and grade it gives you another powerful tool. When you're doing well you can pinpoint why. When you're failing at some aspect you can review and see what you did different.
Asking yourself the questions on these pages will FORCE you to take some control of your life.

I hope the duvet cover can be unpacked smoothly, and the friends who are still swinging should decide on their own cash, positions, and risk tolerance. The current market situation is good, and I can wash my sentence a few times a day. The waves are uncertain, and there is no way to reduce my sentence. I have to buy at least 40% of my personal stock before I consider cutting meat, because even if I'm covered by a duvet, I can keep some cash, and as long as it fluctuates, I can wash the sale every day Lower the average price. good luck
