if you understand theta and time-value erosion curve advantage, you would understand option strategy is a different ways.
i sold the put on 11-nov for META ( reasoning : 4hr chart , strong near term support , 200ma , rsi 50 means consolidating , my put strike is at the blue line. Delta 0.22 , weakest when market open last night)
I just need it to either consolidate or stay above 545 before 13 december’24.

I’m pretty sure all of the 5 put contract will expired out of the money. Hence I emphasized the winning rate of Selling put with several safety nets is closed to 100% !
Remember the aim is to earn 1-2% of your total portfolio value per month with this strategy with low and calcaluted risk repetitively.

Hi did anybody receive the same notification ? I wonder how can we get compensation from brokerage in this situation….
The decision to reverse my order without any compensation is both unfair and unjust. While the funds were returned to my account, the delay in the return has caused significant inconvenience and potential financial loss.

When I read Buffett pumping money into Citi, I did my research. Sold put option on C back then and purchased at $46 a piece, carried them for dividend for awhile until $63 and sold them all to save some cash.
Current market sentiment is too bullish, good luck for all the traders. I be observing the market until next opportunity arise 😁.
