The time for him and his syndicate to make money is when they introduce a penny stock counter which was alrdy pumped and they induced the victim to buy at that pumped price. They will release their stock in bulk - the dump, and cause the price to crash 80-90%. That's where they profit, the pumped and the sell off to the unknowing victim. The victim will then suffer the losses from this particular counter
