$Pfizer (PFE.US)$ vaccine has finally been officially approved by the FDA, however it's already early been administered to millions of people. Compared to other recently approved drugs which can also have huge positive impacts on peoples' lifes (eg. $Cara Therapeutics (CARA.US)$) I think the latter may have alot more room to run.

1) KORSUVA has just been approved by the FDA.
2) The drug is currently the only one that is FDA approved and meant for chronic kidney disease associated pruritus (large patient market with no FDA approved therapy).
3) KORSUVA is the first approved drug in the company's history.
4) The drug will start generating significant revenue for the company.
Personal opinion: No matter how you look at it, this stock is both short term and long term.The stock short volume has been increasing the past few days yet the stock price has continued to go up. The stock has gone up even further in the post-market after the FDA approval was announced. In the coming months and years ahead there will be a continued stream of revenue from KORSUVA.
