They are heavily invested in DTC which took a big chunk of the net income. This is why you see the Cost-Of-Revenue much higher.
We gave a pass to $NFLX for many many years but for some reason is a big L for $DIS even though it's just been 4 years.
The good news is you do see the Revenue increase as well.

I would say here... is EVERYONE I know, thinks Dis is a great buy here. I know stock has been dumping, but everyone seems to think Dis and Pypl will pull a META. Once big, well known companies that are down alot. We alll see what happened to paypal yesterday... so with Dis just tread cautiously.

Of course, I’m an idiot so this is purely based on the eye test.
You see all these recognizable stocks that have rallied a ton this year. It seems like every stock under the sun has seen 20%+ rises. Meanwhile, Disney is sitting at a nearly 5-year low.
I’m simple man. I think: Disney has massive brand recognition and is a true cornerstone...
