Although U.S. Inflation in Aug 2022 have beaten estimates by rising to 8.3%, one can still buy up to $10,000 worth of I-Bonds per year to help them cope with the high inflation.
Unlike in the U.S., there is no I-Bonds in Singapore. Also, the saving deposits and fixed deposit rates are not high enough to match the Singapore Inflation rate of 7% (Jul 2022)!
