My own guess is this week will be down for BABA. Shorts are coming and many long will take some profit before re-establishing their positions. But next week, it will start to rebound.

The USA has added WeChat and Alibaba's AliExpress to its annual counterfeit and piracy goods 'notorious markets' list.
The Office of the United States Trade Representative stated in a declaration accompanying the 2021 review report released on Thursday that Alibaba's AliExpress under Alibaba and WeChat under Tencent Holdings are 'two important online markets rooted in China and reportedly facilitating a significant amount of trademark counterfeiting.'
One of China's largest e-commerce platforms, PDD Holdings, has been on this list since 2019. Alibaba's Taobao, Baidu Wangpan, and another e-commerce company, Dunhuang Wang, are also still on this list. In addition, the list also includes nine Chinese physical markets notorious for manufacturing, distributing, and selling counterfeit goods.
The Office of the United States Trade Representative stated that overall, Alibaba is known for having the best anti-counterfeiting processes and systems in the e-commerce industry.
However, the institution noted that copyright holders have observed a significant increase in counterfeit goods being sold on the global AliExpress platform, including both openly declared counterfeit goods and products falsely advertised as genuine.

$Alibaba (BABA.US)$ will be my love-hate relationship stock. I love it because able to buy it with a much cheaper price compared to few years ago. I felt grateful that able to own such potential and well-known company stock with such price. However, I hate it as well due to the sharp drop of it price value and still can't see the end of the bearish. Nevertheless, I'm still believed that it's value is still there and it will come back, strong company stays strong (hopefully). Cheers
