hodlmenot OP New York City : No they need to submit the compliance plan by 16th which will extend their filing date to feb, the loan term with cathay bank is a diff thing, they appeal only if they submit the plan by 16th and it gets rejected.
The fact that they havent even submitted the compliance plan yet is very unprofessional and seems they dont care about the investors at all.
If they submit a plan and its rejected atleast they will have time to appeal and it wont be delisted immediately but if they dont then its very uncertain.

hodlmenot : Becuase it raises a lot of questions - can we trust the financials they provide? The whistle blower testimony, Hindenburg report have ruined its reputation, but still I think the company - the core business is good but they have a very bad reputation, its highly likely there will be financial inaccuracies but i still think the business is worth more.

hodlmenot 74754703 : Actually not that straight forward, new auditors always need to have a handover from the previous ones, its very unlikely that a big 4 auditor will pick them up due to their reputation.  Im still holding a small position but not planning to increase.
