few weeks back people was saying time to sell baba and jump into JD. and look where we are today. tencent has decided to diversify its stake out of JD and alicloud is on a 6 mth suspensions.
stick to fundamentals in investing and not speculation of people in comment section. it is your money. invest in something you are confident in and not fomo in.

Havent you heard of this saying? By the time it’s announced you are already behind. It is always better to be in market than time the market. Good luck trying to scrap the small profits from HF and media outlets. Cause when you lose you lose big and when you earn you earn small.
remember someone has to lose for someone to win. nobody is your friend in the stock market. whats more those FI.

everyday people come in ask why drop again? why up again.. if you are someone who is worried about prices up and down everyday then i think its better for you to not step into the market in the first place. less stressful. just go buy an ETF or roboinvestor. so you dont check everyday and ruin your day ‘why is it down again’ ‘should i sell?’.

last week there were so many comments on saying baba is gonna crash til below 100 time to cash out. suddenly it became very quiet. dont be swayed by random people comments on how the market will be.
understand the reason you bought this stock is for the long term. people will do their best to swayed you to sell if they are shorting. you are looking at the 3yrs mark not the 3days mark.
understand that such stocks are not gonna make you a millionaire with 2000% return they are there to do better than the banks.
set a based line for yourself. if it hits the based line that you are happy with then sell it. emotions in the market causes one to lose money. be disciplined and not greedy.

everyday people come in to speculate about baba delisting etc etc.. if baba gets delisted im pretty sure 70% of stocks will be delisted before baba. you invest in à company based on fundamentals. investors are seeing in the long run, 5yrs and above. not 5days down.. oh god time to run…
