Today's review focuses on: pressure
First of all, do you still remember the continuous decline from yesterday? Many negative emotions and thoughts may have come to mind. The most common question in the comments section yesterday was whether to stop loss. However, my Moo friends who pay attention all know that my response is always: If you feel pressure, you should stop loss; if not, you can wait. And I provide hints whether I have positions or not, so that you can think for yourselves. (I want to tell you that if you feel pressure, you shouldn't buy because you're not ready. So when you encounter unknown situations, you keep trying to find excuses for yourself, which is actually meaningless.)![]()

So how to avoid this pressure? Let me share my own logic: Fear comes from the unknown of things.![]()

。
What does this sentence mean? Fans of Moo should all know that I often say to you: in Options Trading, if I lack confidence, I will set a stop loss at 1%. If I am confident, I basically trade without a stop loss, even if the loss exceeds 50%. This stems from the recognition of my professionalism and stock selection, bringing confidence, so I have no fear. After all, I have been active in the market for 11 years, so I have seen almost every situation, that's why you see me comfortable despite losses.![]()

Finally, based on the two arguments above, if you have been following my posts yesterday, you would have noticed that I have been adding some Options of TSLA against the market trend, and the options I fell asleep on the day before yesterday didn't take profit at 50%, until yesterday in the end...

Last week review 👉🏻Market Review + Holdings (30/12/2024-03/01/2025)
Market behavior this week:
$NASDAQ 100 Index (.NDX.US)$ and $S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ Absorb funds on Monday and distribute on Friday;
$Russell 2000 Index (.RUT.US)$ Distribute on Monday and Wednesday.
ndx > spx > rut.
NDX and SPX have both formed two LH connecting two LLs, while RUT is still struggling at the previous VCP consolidation price level; the focus should be on NDX and SPX here, both currently at a position facing rapid and varied choices, with essentially 4 scenarios: 1. Genuine breakthrough to the downside, 2. False breakthrough to the downside followed by recovery, 3. Genuine breakthrough to the upside of the previous high, 4. False breakthrough to the upside of the previous high followed by initiating a downtrend mode; I choose to simplify the complex situation, using the closing price of SPX on the day before the election day as a reference.
Weekly Charts:
NDX and SPX are still okay, still only facing the risk of partial adjustments; RUT has seen four consecutive weeks of incremental sell-off candles at the weekly level, the feedback in the next two weeks will be crucial for whether the trend can be maintained healthily.
Breadth:
Still in red, contrary to the trend of last week.
Weekly Notes:
In-system trading: RS of LITE slightly downgraded.
Market Sentiment:
AAII Call sentiment continues to cool down, no contrarian market behavior appeared this week;
The Fear Index remains fearful, with the SPX price...

Although I have accumulated a five-digit loss, this is the first time I have earned a four-digit amount, hahaha. Thank you. @包小姐的养老金 Encouragement makes me forget the losses so I can have the motivation to make money. Thanks to you, just changed the name and made money, hahaha. $Virgin Galactic (SPCE.US)$
