China might not allow the PCAOB to audit their companies as this will expose all the internal matters and it will also treat this as threat to national security. So, if these stocks were to be delisted then these might be traded in the OTC market at a much lower cost as the big funds don't really invest in OTC stocks. Just like what happened to Luckin Coffee in the past. But we need to wait for more information from SEC as to how long will they allow these companies to be compliant. So for now just exercise extra caution when dealing with Chinese stocks.
