I only started trading very recently, was using robo-investors before this. I have seen a lot of opportunities go by (e.g $SE.US$ , $TSLA.US$ etc.) and even the recent healthcare boom due to the advent of the vaccines for COVID.
However, I am strong believer in the market almost always trending upwards. And as some people say its better to start late than to not start at all. The current time is still a good time to invest with a lot of companies making a post pandemic recovery (I already have made some substantial gains with stocks like $ABNB.US$ already). So to all moo-ers old or new, I hope that we can ride this recovery wave together and not focus too much on what couldve been. Too the moon!

Basically, I am in favour of stock buyback or stock repurchase for the following reasons:
1) An effective utilisation of a company’s excess cash flow.
2) A decrease in the number of shares lying around in the market. With this decrease the shares’ prices will be raised
3) A positive reward for the shareholders who will be allowed to purchase the company’s stocks at a reasonable prices.
Giant companies worldwide are participating in this stock buyback strategy and they fare well. Companies that have successfully embraced the stock buyback strategy are:-
$AAPL.US$
$Tesla Ecosystem.HK$
$NFLX.US$
$BRK.A.US$
$BRK.B.US$
$MCD.US$
