$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ It is a long term play but has already reached a stock price assuming they are the largest auto manufacturer on the globe and are selling 15 mm cars/year globally. And that may happen but the current valuation means all of the future growth in the stock price to that size has already happened.

$Upstart (UPST.US)$ $PayPal (PYPL.US)$ $Affirm Holdings (AFRM.US)$ I'm thinking of putting some money into fintech stocks for the year of 2022. I really like Upstart and believe that Paypal will have some interesting catalysts next year. I'm also thinking of picking up one of those "Buy now, pay later" stocks, like Affirm or Afterpay. My only concern is that I'm not sure how the financial sector will react to rising interest rates next year. What do you guys think?

$Affirm Holdings (AFRM.US)$ $PayPal (PYPL.US)$ If you think Affirm has no more to fall consider Affirm is still SO EXPENSIVE…Affirm's price to sales ratio is almost as high as PayPal's Price to Earnings and 3 times as high as PayPal's Price to sales. Whoever is desperately buying Affirm at this multiple you are likely to get burned. It only looks discounted because it was so WILDLY ELEVATED AT ITS ALL TIME HIGH.
