They have been  remarkable years for Singapore for passung through all the difficult years with pandemic, crisis etc. Wish for Singapore, Singaporeans and all moo moo members  a successful year ahead toward 60th birthday.

July has been mostly flat for me, not earning much except from money market and last moo moo 6.8% promo.
Few unexpected result in July 2024:
1. Singapore portfolio performs much better than US portfolio. Broader market in Singapore has been improving in July and hopefully it stays this way for months to come as Singapore market has been lagging behind.
2. US portfolio unexpectedly in red due to heavy tech selloff by 2nd part of July, which is where my US portfolio is.

Since I learn about cash plus and understand more, it has been my primary account for my savings and cash yet to invest. I do not need to worry anymore to consider which savings account or fixed deposit or tbills, just use the cash plus to know that I earn optimal rate with low cost. And, it is not just sgd but for cash that I plan to invest into US market.

Time flies!! It has been 6 months for me to use moo moo as my primary tool for investment and learn with Moo Moo.

I was assessed to be growth investor with more towards equity. I think that's the right one :).

It was an ok month of May for my portfolio.
I prefer to buy equity and bond slowly and keep for long period, as I am lousy at deciding what to sell. I think my portfolio is so much weighted on few stock like Microsoft and DBS. As both are doing well, I am not sure whether I should take profit or just keep for long term.

I had been trading local and overseas shares for decades using existing trading platform before moomoo arrived. My goal for 2024 is to achieve a balanced portfolio between stock, bond and money market, with dividend of 10k annually.
First quarter will still keep warchest at money market fund and slowly deploying to equity and bond.
