$DiDi Global (Delisted) (DIDI.US)$ not sure how it work if Didi converts US ADS to HK stock. As what I see from alibaba, its US stock value is synced with the HK one, the conversion rate is same as the currency in Futu. if it works the same for Didi, when Didi list ok HK stock with a solid price, the US one will react accordingly. it does not matter how Low it’s now due to the market reaction, the final price will depends on the value at the point when Didi list on HK. Correct me if I am wrong, thank you.

$DiDi Global (Delisted) (DIDI.US)$ Didi substantial holders SoftBank,Uber & Tencent. as long as this 3 companies said ”Yes”, nothing much small fish like retail investors can vote “no”. As long as can get back money in USD, shd be thanks God. if delisted and the price keep Low and lowest, suffer even worst. luckily I didn’t buy this stock. Good luck to those who hold and wish you can have the IPO price at 14.00

$DiDi Global (Delisted) (DIDI.US)$ my opinion is if u can take the pressure, continue holding.. reason being 1. ppl are gonna panic selling now 2. minimally ur stocks gets converted to hkse 3. didi won’t let the current share drop to nth as it will be hard for them to ipo at a good price in hkse if that happens
