why the rush to go through a SPAC instead of an IPO in such a bad market condition? can someone advise me how can a company raise funds by listing via a SPAC? additionally I am also not too sure if such companies will be able to make profits going forward

I feel that we should do some bargain hunting now and select from all the stocks that were hit by the Chinese regulations. For example Didi. They have strong fundamentals and also very forward thinking. They are worth considering.
