102844042 OP NVDAvsTSLA : Well...think about it. AMD all time high is 230 and current price is 126. If it eventually reaches back its ATH price at 230 and above, wouldn't ur gain be about 90% or so? Rather than chasing for the winning stock, why not look around and pick those stocks that are under performing and have strong fundamentals?.. Isn't it better..
If u are chasing QQQ now, probably u can gain another 30% maximum because it has reached its limit. But if u go for under performing stocks which have the potential to go up in future because no one is in now and when it eventually goes up, trust me.. everyone will start chasing it like the current performing stocks.. by then u are watching ppl go crazy over the stock counters that u purchase while they are cheap and undervalued with potential to rise in future.

102844042 OP NVDAvsTSLA : Well.. u can go ahead to chase those overvalued stocks.. no one is stopping u.. but all I can say is that when market crashes, all these overvalued stocks will crash way more than undervalued stocks. Even if u buy AMD now and during the market crash, I can say the difference will be about 50% max, because its price was around in the 50s range back in 2021. But for Tesla, Nvidia, Broadcom, all these will fall more than 200% during the crash, even if u average down during the crash, u won't be able to get ur returns that quickly.

102844042 OP NVDAvsTSLA : Sometimes, use basic maths and look at the charts more.. instead of chasing the mass.. see people make money in Tesla, Nvidia, don't be envious.. u can too.. if u pick the undervalued stocks correctly. While these people bought at 50% of the current value, u are paying at the current value, when the market crashes, u will be the big bagholder I guarantee u. While these people probably lose their gains only.
