Applied $UOB APAC Green REIT ETF (GRN.SG)$ and got 100% alllocation. This ETF is for sure not the cheapest nor will give you the highest dividend. What attracted me is the theme, which helps push the real estate companies to adopt a more sustainable way of operatiing their properties. Also it kind of gives some diversification with different geographical exposure. Not hoping to make big money from it, just show my support to Green REIT.
