Disappointed with the way moomoo handled the 5.8% promotion.
There was no indication of thr subscription date on the site so they replied to my enquiry by replying that i subscribed with negative desposit.
My deposit was in on 15 Jul and hold till Aug. A waste of 30 days for putting my cash with MooMoo.
Going to withdraw all my cash in the cash fund.

How do we know if we got the 5.8% interest deal?
I saw the promo banner and clicked on it, followed the slider image instructions and deposited the funds and subscribed to the Fullerton fund, after which i did the 5 trade requirement but i dont see anything to claim, no indicator that all are done, etc.
Moomoo keeps saying in these forums or auto reply whatsapp that I need to “sign up” first but the ...

Prices need to fluctuate, that's how financial sectors profit. Those who chase high and panick-sell during dips will find their money profited by those who wait and enter during dips. Stock market is just a waiting game.
