$AIMS APAC Reit (O5RU.SG)$ I don't understand the reason to issue perp with a higher int rate than current bank refi rates. this reit has relatively low gearing. so why need to issue perp? why not just use existing bank facilities? anyone know?

$Lendlease Reit (JYEU.SG)$ sick reit with good assets but recklessly saddled with debt and perp securities. Manager doing a horrible job and unit holders should hold them accountable.

. As many buy at peak curse it deadly.
however i am opposite buy at low so i praise it. first rate cut i never sell till now.
change of president and powell unwilling to go to give resistent. i believe the stuburn old man can handle him so i keep it to anpther higher for partial profit.
