Bought 700 AMC on the 23rd with settled cash. They didnt rs till the 25th, today on the 28th i didnt get my 7.5 payment on the 700 shares. I'm assuming it'll show up tomorrow or wens. Anyone else in the same boat? I received the 7.5 on the post rs 170 shares i had, but not on the share purchased on the 23rd. only thing i can think of is T+2 $AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$

So this is what people get confused about the leveraged buyout play.
Bonds were trading as low as like $0.05 to the dollar at points because many didn't think the bonds would be paid out. If a party who was interested in doing a leveraged buyout bought those bonds, then they could make their money work 20x for the amount they spend (20x $0.05 = $1) .
But let's be reasonable and say that someone bought about $500 million worth of bonds at $0.20, so an 80% reductio...

Why i vote no. CEO over double AMC debt as soon as he take CEO position. And then he continued to add more debt long before covid. Now he use this opportunity to have steal from retail and pay ot off. Because of him, AMC would be bankrupt.
