Located in New South Wales, the freehold property is fully leased to the Australian retailer, comprises three interconnected buildings that house an A-grade office accommodation, a data-center operation and amenities.
Following the acquisition, AIMS APAC now owns a total of 29 industrial properties, comprising 26 properties in Singapore and 3 in Australia, according to a Monday release.
