After some sweet talk by JP in the FOMC Press conference that has just ended, the markets have rallied. Let us come back to reality & see a few important things from here:
1) Can oil price stop rallying from here?
2) Can US$ goes down from here?
3) Can bond ‘s yield stop increasing from here?
If all the above answers are ‘Yes’, the bull markets will continue.
If answers are ‘No’. Let us leave the markets asap.

Interest rate is expected to stay put & the big show will be on the press conference. JP will be pressured politically to be Dovish in order to support the economy, stock markets & most importantly the election in November. On the other side of the coin, he has to be hawkish as stock markets have been over-priced & euphoria. Also, oil price has went up & inflation is going to ignite & go up soon.
