$VANZO HOLDINGS BHD (0333.MY)$ The 10.7% three-year income CAGR is really high. And the ROIC is also a very exaggerated figure of 30.15%. The gross margin and net margin are both 46.68% and 12.47%. The current ratio is 1.74.
I feel this perfume company is very transparent in telling me about the challenges they face. This tells me they truly understand what products they are selling, rather than simply relying on copying others' models to temporarily fix issues. They are also likely very capable of addressing issues with employees, customers' interests, counterfeit products, supply chain, and competitors.
Vanzo is now compared to its larger competitors Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. I have seen Listerine and Johnson's baby products, which are J&J's products. Downy, Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Pantene are all products from P&G.
Many products from J&J and P&G can be found at 99 Speedmart, just under different names. 99 Speedmart can be seen almost everywhere in West Malaysia, just cross a few streets and you'll see it, but I have not seen it in East Malaysia yet.
