I called up and ask for support to get relevant department to call me back explanation reasons for the long time needed but apparently moomoo is not very timely even for following up. This is especially frustrating when you need funds urgently!

how long does it take for everyone to redeem their funds before it is withdrawable and successfully transfers out to your bank account? i saw its suppose to be t+1 but i redeemed the fund on a wednesday evening, its already monday and it hasnt even transferred out to my bank account. very disappointing experience and lost of opportunity cost!

This is my favourite game from moomoo as it is not as easy to die compared to the other games (actually you don’t die, you just lose 10 points when hit by a bomb) and the prizes are very attractive. There was a survey about whether the game was too easy or too difficult. I think it is just nice as it is. I hope to get more lives and stay in the top 30 but it sure is a close fight.
