However, I don't like using these indicators because they have lagging characteristics. The simplest approach is to look at the reasons behind the company's stock price collapse, which fundamentally stems from the smuggling case of NVIDIA chips in Singapore. Since that has been resolved, buying in for long-term Hold is fine. During the upward phase, there must be some Block Orders washing the market, forcing high-priced retail investors to cut losses or lucky bottom catchers to sell out of fear. The stock price returning to 1.8 is just a matter of time, unless another major Bearish announcement appears. For PE, 20 isn't high for a rapidly growing Semiconductors company, and cyclical aspects can be ignored. Even though NVIDIA is cyclical, the Malaysian government has just begun to plan the AI industry, and once it secures government contracts, the international cycle will return. A year from now, looking back at the stock price will only bring regret for not buying more earlier. It's like a dream when looking back. (All of this is based on the premise that the USA does not experience a Global financial crisis like in 2001; if it happens, you would only earn a bit less.)
