$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ I have been in the stock market for so long, and what I have heard the most is losing money. As an old hand who has been in the stock market for more than ten years, let me tell you, losing money is nothing but a bad mindset. When it falls, there is fear of stop-loss, and when it rises, there is hesitation to continue holding for a small profit and instead lock in gains. It's all about not managing the buying and selling points well. Control of position, not understanding how to diversify holdings, going all-in without planning an exit strategy, if it rises it's good for everyone, but if it falls you can only watch and not average down, not do day trades (T). Another important aspect is trading discipline, this is for short-term traders. Before entering a position, you need to have an expectation in mind, and be prepared for both ups and downs. Once the value reaches your expected level, act decisively, even if it drops afterwards or rises more, don't worry, a good trading discipline determines whether you can have long-term success in the stock market. Lastly, stock selection, short-term traders usually prefer to operate on popular stocks with moderate to high volatility, buying high and selling low, going back and forth is the essence of short-term trading. Avoid picking extremely volatile stocks where the price fluctuates more than 100%, losing control even slightly makes you stuck, totally unnecessary. These are just a few personal insights.
