JjTern : My take on it is that the stock is not traded as much as other stock is, lacks volume and interest.
Even if the financial report is good, there are tons of stock listed in bursa that are getting more attention than this stock.
So if you believe in this stock, you will hold on to it.
Don't let the long wait be a factor for you to determine to hold or sell. Not all stock are like Apple that is actively traded every second the price is changing. Every stock have it's own risk and characteristics, high PE stocks are expensive to get in and the spread are not so volatile, on the other hand low PE stock are cheap to buy, and the spread can be very volatile (the company might collapse or the company might be the next Apple).
Not every stock once listed will perform up up and away, share holders sentiment and trust might fade also.
So, if you bought the stock back then, I'm sure you have your reasons for buying it. Ask yourself if you still believe in it.

JjTern : But i also notice, I have put my funds since 9th August, and I have 5 days where the interest is 0, and I read it is supposed to be earning interest even on weekends right? But never see any interest credited

JjTern Jason0810 OP : Ya wor... They say it can be negative also, so seems like very volatile cash investment. Probably can say worse than FD.

JjTern : I think maybe they added the weekend rate into it, I'm guessing, maybe 10000*3.69/100/260 = 1.42 as there are around 260 weekdays in a year.
But still not to close to the 1.83 you are getting now. I just don't feel I understand the product really well. Don't dare to put much into it.

JjTern : They just had their July dividend payout, I don't think so there will be any in September. Further more if you look at it, they didn't do any dividend payout on 2022. EWINT is not a REIT option but a stock option. They are a construction company which also have projects in UK and AU.
As far as i know EcoWorld do not have a shopping mall or owns hospitals where they can generate rental income, their income mostly is on sales of their residential properties so they are not a REIT option.

JjTern : You try to find a stock that has been showing consistent upward trend and never have any downward trend. I will buy them but will sell them as soon as I made my desire profit. Because that stock seems dodgy as F.
There are many things going on in a stock trading, sentimental feelings, company's performance, competitors, market performance, industry performance, supply and demand, etc etc.
You should understand the company's product already, if you don't trust the product or the direction they are going, then only you sell, but if you think there is potential in the product and the direction they are going, that is why you buy and hold the stock that you buy.

JjTern : I know right. It is hitting the resistance of $130 ad it feels like it may fall onto the support of $115 any time.
