$KHB (0322.MY)$ I was previously played by technical indicators like a fish. Now I tell everyone, look at the trading volume. Do not pay attention to technical indicators, because they usually mislead people to buy cheap stocks, then cannot sell them at a high price, instead end up losing money. Clearly dropping to a red, but there are still four technical indicators showing green. The benefit of technical indicators is to see if what you're buying is cheap or not, rather than using them to determine trends, that's the job of trading volume.

Net cash companies have relatively low risks.
Except for finance and utilities, companies in other industries with net cash - debt have good free cash flow.
Having the right people, trustworthy management is important. It is best for the management's major shareholders to hold at least 20% of the shares.
It's best to concentrate investments in 5 high-quality companies, diversify across different industries, then diligently do the homework, track the status of the companies held, and decide whether to continue holding or sell.
The more successful the investor, the less trading they do.
Being burnt in the stock market often leads to overtrading, speculators staring at the quote table, unable to eat or sleep well. Frequent trading only brings mental stress, puts the body in a tense state, and harms health, for that little profit, why bother.
Value investors have plenty of time to engage in activities they enjoy, such as reading, exercising, and spending time with family and friends, while patiently waiting for their wealth to grow.
Short-term investors need to bear the pressure brought by fluctuations in stock prices, which can greatly harm their health.
✨Being able to buy is the apprentice, being able to sell is the master.✨
Long-term investment is not for a lifetime, but a long-term growth. Hold for a long time. When the stock market is overheated, the stock price rises too fast, with a PE ratio of more than 25, and the stock price is seriously overvalued, it's a good time to sell.
If the company's performance deteriorates and the next performance is not expected to improve, or if the performance does not grow QoQ / declines QoQ, it is necessary to sell off the shares.
Investing in dividend stocks is a conservative and safe option...

Infrastructure construction or land sales to operators, developers vying for data center opportunities.
    Exclusive Report: @Jungle lee
    【Data Center Series (Part 1)】
With the residential market becoming increasingly crowded, the emergence of data centers has captured significant attention, further energizing the already active industrial sector. Almost every week, different industrial companies make major announcements, either about constructing or investing in data centers, resulting in a hot market.
The market has shown willingness for the development of data centers in various regions of Malaysia, with continuous digital transformation initiatives driving potential entry of super large-scale data centers into the Malaysian market. This trend and opportunity shape the future of Malaysia's data centers.
Industrial companies never engage in loss-making businesses, investment opportunities come with business opportunities. Having a large landbank, especially in Johor and Klang Valley, and financially sound developers, there is a chance to seize opportunities and diversify income when this wave of data center boom hits.
With the Singapore government banning the construction of new data centers in 2019 and conditionally lifting the ban in 2022, Johor, strategically located near water sources, is leading the way in data center development in Malaysia, while the tech hub of Cyberjaya is also catching up.
As a long-term operating data center, it is expected to become the new favorite of the industrial sector, but what benefits can attract large industrial companies to enter? What factors, both domestic and international, are driving its growth? Can our country's hydroelectric, fiber optic, and digital infrastructure handle this sudden surge in demand?
The series of reports on data centers by "Nanyang Siang Pau" sheds light on the growth of the industrial sector with the increasing attention on data centers.

Hi, Mooers, welcome to my post. This is Terence and happy to share my P/L journey with you.
Here is my result in Oct so far:
Based on the images, you can see I am actually recover from a position P/L loss (about -RM1500) from Sep. For the portfolio, it can only allow me to select up to 5 stocks. To be fair, I choose the top 3 and the bottom 2. The idea is that my portfolio is not always all green.
I hope in this Oct, the market will treat me nicely!
Please like and feel free to share your though...
