$Indofood Agri (5JS.SG)$ I think this stock if listed in US, the share price most likely will be at least 20 dollars. In SGX, it hardly move much. The company largest shareholder should offer a good price to the remaining shareholders and take it private and delist from the stock exchange. This will benefit the company and investors.

$Indofood Agri (5JS.SG)$ I think the few of us who are remaining shareholders of this counter are the hardcores who rejected the previous GO attempt. Please try not to sell your shares in open market and lets stand united till the end. I suspect the low baller will try GO at 42 then raise to 46 +/- in his next GO attempt but most of us will give him another failed attempt for the low balling. I hold less than a million shares in this counter and call me 任性 but I will not accept any offer thats le...

Nancy Pelosi, a well-known member of Congress, seems to think $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ has significant growth potential as the "infrastructure backbone" of the AI movement.
Last week, Pelosi disclosed buying 10,000 Nvidia shares with a trade value of $1 million to $5 million. The filing also disclosed selling $1 million to $5 million in Microsoft shares with a value of $1 million to $5 million.
The trades happened a few weeks aft...

$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$ It is important to know the reason why you are buying or selling a counter. For Seatrium, the huge sell down since couple of years ago is due to corruption scandal, writedowns, building up of debt, poor sembcorp marine ex management, supposely unfair price Seatrium paid Keppel for Sembcorp/Keppel O&M merger.. and all these lead to investors lost of confidence. These all lead to stock severely beaten down and counter severely undervalued. If you break down the above problem...

$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$ Company seems to make an impressive turnaround from severe loss to profit within 2 quarters, looks like the light at the end of the tunnel is real. If you are still in doubt, you can wait for Friday before deciding whether to buy in since we are not sure whether this profit is EBITDA or inclusive of their debt interest. In either case, the probability of this counter moving higher is high, and if it is the latter, expect Seatrium to fly since shorts will be forced to cover...

Good morning, traders. Happy Wednesday, July 24th. Tesla missed earnings Tuesday night, and the stock dropped 11% in early trading Wednesday. The firm reported adjusted earnings of 52C, a share on revenue of $25.5B, lower than the estimated 62C. Based on moomoo data, huge outflows from the stock came from small-value traders. Tesla ripped the Nasdaq lower.

$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$ Saw this interesting article that I want to share (Unveiling Three SGX Stocks That Might Be Trading Below Their Estimated Fair Value). Amazing isnt it? Seatrium is one of their Top 5 undervalue stock based on CASHFLOW??? Really cashflow?? or do you mean NAV/EBITDA? After you read that article, check this out too (Is Seatrium (SGX:S51) Using Too Much Debt?). Whats interesting is that in this article, Simply Wall St is the author for both. I dont want to comment much in case...

cowpehcowmoo : The westerners are pretty despicable as they ban palm oil imports due to various factors (deforestation, protectionism of their own oil seeds etc when they ignore the fact that pa oil yield is higher than most) hence I doubt it will be beneficial to list in the west, but it will be at least better than its current price in SGX. Though I prefer it to be listed in HK. They recently appointed Philip Yeo in the board, I believe he is engaged to provide advise for GO so that they will make a successful exit. I certainly hope that the SGX revamp will make delisting harder so that minority interest are protected, unlike that of OCBC acquisition of GE
