$Seatrium Ltd(5E2.SG$ Saw this interesting article that I want to share (Unveiling Three SGX Stocks That Might Be Trading Below Their Estimated Fair Value). Amazing isnt it? Seatrium is one of their Top 5 undervalue stock based on CASHFLOW??? Really cashflow?? or do you mean NAV/EBITDA? After you read that article, check this out too (Is Seatrium (SGX:S51) Using Too Much Debt?). Whats interesting is that in this article, Simply Wall St is the author for both. I dont want to comment much in case...

Interesting article incase a GO were to happen to this counter so that shareholders will know how to handle this low ball SSH. We could take lesson from OCBC current offer for GEH

$Genting Sing(G13.SG$lngprime.com/co...Not very sure if this is considered to be good news or bad news for Genting stock in the short term i.e. 2 years period since this is capex cost and company will take on a bit of debt in this high interest environment but generally for the benefit for future FY2027+++ reporting

$Seatrium Ltd(5E2.SG$ Basically the new management is clearing the shit from ex management so why are you guys blaming the new ones. It takes time for new management to show result since business plan is not an elixir where a company swallows a bitter pill and good result comes the next moment. This company has a staggering SGD 3B of debt all thanks to ex sembcorp marine management and now this new guy is trying to clear the shit. Banks offer different interest rates and the company is now prob...

SG market looks like a dead cat. US rallying so long bubble so big but SGX is just status quo. Where are all our BBs? Although many of our shares are trading above its fair value, there's still so much room for bubble play

Seatrium Aims for a Return on Equity of More Than 8% by 2028: 5 Highlights from its Latest Investor Day
The slides are quite ok actually but for them to talk about EBITDA touched a raw nerve since Amortization and Depreciation is real and for them with such high debt interest payment will be pretty high too

I dont see a stronger balance sheet based on the last issue. Company is just piling debts after debts like US government's infinite borrowings. But US has the Fed to save them, will Temasek save them or let it die after selling their renewable tech like letting Hyflux die after they sold their desalination plant? I do not want to guess Seatrium's borrowing costs but it should be quite high due to risky balance sheet and current rate environment. It will come as no surprise tha...

I agree with most of writer's point except that we cannot trade a stock based on RNAV and that CDL's current valuation based on latest Balance Sheet is below its current share price. Furthermore, CDL's operating is dismal at best and its high debt/gearing is really an alarm bell esp in such a high interest rate environment though rates should come down soon but it will probably still hover at quite a high level. I am not sure if Sherman is a bright business man and we cannot bl...

cowpehcowmoo OP Shootingstar : many times what was published may be what the big boys want most of us to perceive/believe even if its not the truth or entirely the truth, but its still good to use them as reading material. i mostly rely on available (my perceived) facts and most importantly balance sheet
cowpehcowmoo OP 28282828 : I do not know how much interest rate they are paying on their 3B debt but you can check out the average business interest rate in current rate environment to have a rough idea (might be higher than usual average due to risk of financing a high debt company) so a large part of their cashflow will go towards financing this. Have to wait for next AR before we can have a better idea. Tell ceo to wake up and stop using ebitda as a measure of company profitability as this is not a good measurement tool for a highly indebted co
