I’m not a regular coffee drinker and I don’t usually spend more than S$2 on a drink but there is no denying cofee is a profitable business. This is evidenced by the large number of cups of hot and cold versions of the beverage being sold every day, be it the humble stalls at hawker centres and Singaporean version of coffeeshops (or what locals call kopitiams), global chains  like The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, $Starbucks (SBUX.US)$, $McDonald's (MCD.US)$ or trendy themed cafes.

$ZIM Integrated Shipping (ZIM.US)$ I didn't expect the dividend yield of this stock to be so high! It's good to receive dividends every year!

$Keppel (BN4.SG)$ entered at 5.8x and took my profits at 6.8 previously. Any shifu to advise whether it's a good choice to re-enter (and at what price) soon, or should I be looking at others right now (ie. Reits)?
TBH, I'm now second guessing my decision to sell previously; quite like the dividends they're paying out. 😅
