if you look at the trend around end 2022, 2023 this stock tends to drop like shit. but it recovers slowly at the start of a new year. No point to sell at a loss if you dont need $ at this time.

Dwight Screwed OP 102536567 : you can't compare this REITS with other sg reits. This one majority assets are overseas. they are heavily influence by exchange rates and foreign policies. Also, expect their costs of debt to spike as it' s current low interest fixed loans are maturing. so dpu will decrease.
but the thing is when u invest reits you are holding long term wad. you want short term volatility you shd have gone with ascendas. i have been holding it for the past 3 years and I am still accumulating.
