I will invest in $Mapletree Ind Tr (ME8U.SG)$ as it's in best price to take for 5 years down the line.
The next investment will be $SBS Transit (S61.SG)$ as an increased price means more profitable and better dividends
I am a fan of the cash plus plan as it gives a better return than a bank account
