$Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$ worse is over, lucky Qcom getting away with being naughty, for now
$Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$ wow! Qcom won the dispute, but for ARM it still means business as usual collecting fees from Qcom. just that ARM couldnt extract more money from them. leaving a case to a few random jurors (aka nobodies) with no expertise is truly wild west gamble

$Micron Technology (MU.US)$ wow why disaster?

$Arm Holdings (ARM.US)$ its like, you cook and sell a fish burger using Macdonalds recipe , then macdonalds sue you, but you say you made the burger why cant you sell it.. thats ARM vs QCom battle.. so the judge will decide you whether you can sell burger or not. the qcom CEO says hey, this burger only 1% is like Macdonalds burger, 99% i use my own ingredients… but the 1% is the fish… and they say cancel IP, you cant put fish in the burger

it is not possible for Qcom to invalidate ARM’s IP because it will destabilise the chips IP market.. so basically Qcom is already on the losing end.. and i dont see qcom’s price going up relative to ARM’s price.. in fact qcom will lose Apple’s revenue as they move to their own 5G modem designs

$Nike (NKE.US)$ given the lousy business prospect, unless NKE pulls out some fantastic stunt from the bag, or change a new CEO, which i think the already did.. then this NKE should be low, range bound... etc
