Still a novice in reits trading, joined and bought this in early Jan last year. Ever since then it has been depreciating most of the time and the paper loss was pretty devastating, finally I'm seeing green after holding on to it for so long (and doing DCA which i deemed as fruitless before). Anyone in same boat?
I'm planning to hold this for a long time but I'm conflicted as to if there is a good rise, should I grab the opportunity for earnings? Still looking for cues on next course of actions....

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new in this and I have been accumulating this reit since Feb last year however it keeps dropping and I'm getting a little worried. I'm planned to hold for long term (5-10 years? or even longer) but I'm just not too confident to accumulate more, not sure if it is too risky. What do you advise?
