Four enduring principles of price behavior:
Principle 1: Trend continuation is more likely than reversal
Principle 2: Momentum comes before price
Principle 3: The trend ends in the middle of a climax
Principle 4: The market alternates between range expansion and range contraction!
As is customary, let's first take a look at the market's behavior this week:
$NASDAQ 100 Index (.NDX.US)$ Distributed on Wednesday and Thursday;
$S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$ Funded on Tuesday and distributed on Wednesday and Thursday;
$Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI.US)$ Distributed on Monday, raised on Tuesday, and distributed on Wednesday;
The divergence reappeared, and NDX > SPX > DJI (identifiable by a simple moving average).
One thing to note here: NDX's OBV indicator (trading volume+price composite indicator) continues the obvious bottom divergence from a month ago. We just don't know how long the market will take to complete, but we probably know that at the time of repair, NDX will still be the fastest running index in the future. Until then, the best deal you need is “don't trade”
The weekly charts for NDX and SPX seem close to “hopeless”. It is known that there is currently quite a large amount of money off the market. Everyone is watching and waiting; they only need to wait for that signal (shared yesterday).
Currently, there are two more names that still hold test positions...

Both S&P500 and Nasdaq have entered the correction territory. Since July, S&P500 has lost over $4 trillion in market value, and the magnificent 7 tech stocks lost more than $1.2 trillion in market cap.
