Looking at Cold Storage, NTUC, Sheng Siong and Giant they are all BIG supermarket players. All these supermarkets are premium ones. Cold storage self payment kiosk has bugs that it seems like nobody cares. The worker there seems not well trained or not very well learnt to what they are doing or not deligent enough to look for area of inefficiency and improve. Always seems not enough people to assist customer.
