Good morning, traders. Happy Wednesday, July 24th. Tesla missed earnings Tuesday night, and the stock dropped 11% in early trading Wednesday. The firm reported adjusted earnings of 52C, a share on revenue of $25.5B, lower than the estimated 62C. Based on moomoo data, huge outflows from the stock came from small-value traders. The volume is decreasing, while the price is gradually increasing. These are positive indicators of a potential price increase. However, the current price is too high for entry. Be cautious of pump and dump schemes.
Adding on to the risk warning issued yesterday:
When the volume shrinks and the price rises, especially when the price is at the top, it is prone to sudden violent rallies. However, due to the price being at an extremely high level, it is also prone to sudden sharp declines. In summary, it is best to stay on the sidelines with an empty position.
