104236820 OP Moomoo Lily : Dear Lily, I feel that your respond is pretty standard kind of respond which somehow shift the responsibility away and onto us retail invertor who trades for a living. And I can tell you for sure, when this kind of cancellation occurres, the broker (Moomoo) would have the responsibility to place the order immediately, whereby in the case, did not, and it was not until 3.30am (SG time on 6-Aug) that Moomoo got back to me that to notify me that order have been cancelled and there are no immediate placment of of my orders been done. And that order was placed into my current holdings which decreased my P/L only at 8am SG time on 6 Aug
