Actual: When the market begins to turn bearish, I will make tactical adjustments to my portfolio, such as diversification into safer assets, like REITs, banks, consumer staples, and high-dividend stocks, which often perform more stable in challenging markets.
Post: Once I finished identifying all the assets I would like to enter, it’s time to begin preparing for the entry, which is by utilizing technical analysis to identify strong support levels for these safer assets. I will look for price levels where the asset has historically found support and where there is potential for a rebound.
