If you want aim for low price the best day will be during ex date as the stock price will readjusted. After the ex date it will be hard to get the low price. Why? Because many ppl know this and all of them will keep buying during ex date to increase their position which drive the price up. My advice? Either you enter now or just simply wait till next ex date.
