I noticed in recent quarters that Grab has been trying to diversify away from deliveries alone.
They’re trying to include features to enhance dine-in orders. IMHO , right now it’s pretty non-functional for my area.
Perhaps this acquisition that improve the feature?

Can’t say I feel good. But at the same time I don’t feel bad either.
They’re still profitable, DAUs are still growing, and they have plenty of room for improvement.
Organic Engagement on Socials are still pretty good too. If you’re in it for the short term, best stay away.

I know it’ll get tons of revenue. However, I’ll just keep it on my watchlist for now. Need more financial data before I can make a rational decision.

I understand the need to cash out, but having so many cash out at the same time in huge amounts is painful man.
However, business and finances wise, Duo is still pretty solid imo.
Growth has slowed down, but the base comparison was also very high. Unrealistic to maintain it every year.
The question now is this, is this an opportunity to buy at a low valuation? Or is it a value trap?
Maybe it’s a red flag?
For now, I’m still in the opinion that it’s an opportuni...
