Generally speaking Febuary is one of the worst month.
As can be seen from the above picture, the area I squared in Blue is where the thickness of the cloud is thin, and there appears to be change in shape of cloud on 28th of Febuary.
You can also realise that currently S&P futures are in sort of symmetrical triangle. So we are not too sure about the direction yet, but we know the next breakout is...
