How I wish I can buy one of Saylor's convertible equity even at 0% interest . Priced forward at $672 due in 2029, this is a no lose deal. Mstr offers to buy back in cash if the conversion price is not reached. On the other hand, if the price is well in the money, say $1000 share price or more in 2029 , the holder just need to short the top price knowing he will buy back at 672.
