Bank of America downgraded Tesla this morning to a neutral from a buy
and in the same breath the same analyst raises the Target price on a stock that he just downgraded to a neutral, the new Target price is now $490 the old Target price was $400.
does anybody else see a problem with this?
you're going to downgrade a stock from a buy to a neutral and you're going to raise the Target price 22 pe...
