Dahua Jixian Research released a report today to analyze Ma Xing Group. The investment bank believes that in addition to the main business of real estate development, it has also achieved remarkable results in entering other fields.
Get on the data center train
The data center theme is in full swing. Ma Xing Group and Bridge Data Center Company (BDC) joined forces with Bridge Data Center Company (BDC) to build a 17.55-acre data center park in Southville City (Bangi), Xuzhou in May 2024, and are also actively cooperating with another world-renowned data center in the same location.

Ma Xing Group has large land reserves in Johor, and analysts say the company is expanding its data center footprint through the 42.52 acre Meridin East town project in Gudang Pasir.
Currently, the local market price has reached RM100 to RM140 per square meter, and potential land sales can reach RM0.1 billion85 million to RM0.2 billion60 million; in the beginning, Ma Xing Group only bought the land at RM7 per square meter.
The group also owns a 562-acre MSS business park in Sepang, which also has the potential to be developed into a data center.
